1.01 Bridgestone Canada Inc. will ensure that all internet websites and web content within its control directly or through a contractual relationship, conform with the World Wide Web Consortium Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA, with the exception of success criteria 1.2.4 Captions (Live), and ii. success criteria 1.2.5 Audio Descriptions (Pre-recorded), unless it is not practicable to do so due to a lack of available software.
